Title: 6" Swim Stick ***New Release***
Post by: Jason on 04/09/12 16:54 UTC
The 6" Swim Stick is an awesome reaction bait in heavy cover and tight spaces.  If you are flipping docks or fishing heavy vegetation the Swim Stick will get into the smallest of places and puts off a great vibration on the fall and retrieve.

The 6" Swim Stick measures approximately 5.5" in the mold and close to 6" swimming.  It is .375 wide and .35 thick.  It has a flat bottom so you can rig it for a more erratic fall.

I'm getting ready to post a second bait but it will fall a little short of 4".  Looks like I'm getting warmer though!

How does the tail size compare to the tail on the 3.5 Inch swim shad?  I can see this bait  cut at +/-3.5 inches as a trailer for a swim bait.  It begs for a tail / tip mold.

YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!! I can give my Ultravibe speed worm buddies something to cry over now!!!

Any word on the action? Side to side rock on the retrieve or tail thump with worm remaining pretty straight?

This will be a LMB go-to down here in the south!!!!!

It really depends on how you rig it.  I put the flat bottom on it and if you rig it with the hook through that side it is mainly tail thump.  If you rig it the opposite (round side) it has more wobble and pretty much the same tail action.

They are very close in size, the sticks tail is just a hair larger.
