Title: Little help on this mold. (Erie Rig)

I got this do-it mold off of E bay and have been using it like a weight forward In-line spinner. I noticed that it says Erie rig not Ernie spinner….have I been using this mold wrong?

Is there some kind of fishing rig that this is suppose to make?

I believe it’s supposed to imitate an Erie Dearie bait. Very effective walleye lure.

Ok I thought it was a spinner but wasn’t sure

Agronaimist-at- IA it is a tail spinner style Erie Dearie and it could also be used as a spinner bait if you cut the eye opening And then you’d have a spinner bait.
