Title: More Grinnell Practice
Post by: basscatlildave on 08/05/21 07:20 UTC
Grinnell Bowfin Mudfish or Cypress Trout. Whatever you call em they are fun to catch. There is a big tournament for them down here that started small as a way to get rid of some of them. It has turned into a pretty big event that is a blast to fish in. I fished a lot of my homemade worms but PowerBaits won the day. On a side note I could not keep the Bass off my jigs and custom worms.  ;)

Amazing how fish can detect and strike lures in that muddy water! Bet those catfish would have made for some good eating!
Thanks for sharing the video.
