The latest that I've made. All painted with a Pearl powder coat paint, all with Daiichi Death Trap Red trebles in size 4.

You could modify an inline sinker mold and make much larger jigs with them. The style that has one end larger than the other would work, but you would probably need to make your own wire forms too. They won't be fancy, but don't need to be.
I've made a lure for many years that we used for Stripers, and call a "Trout Bomb", which is made using inline sinkers. Some folks flatten then, but I've always used them as is, and would add a spinner blade to some, which makes them a heavy inline spinner type of lure. They're primarily used for vertical jigging, like using a jigging spoon. I don't bother flattening them because I have molds for jigging spoons.
I'll pour them with a through wire, like pouring a bottom bouncer, and even those molds would likely work.

You can modify a shad bait mold to hold an extra pectorial eyelet. It is a renowned bass bait in north america - Spin docktor or Lytles secret or so - and works really well.

I've held off getting that mold, as it's never been something that appealed to me, even though I know others pour them & catch some fish on them. After seeing your versions, I may need to reevaluate that. Those look great and I could see them fitting into some of what I already make and fish with. Very cool!

It`s a very effefctive vibrating lure as it is, even without the spinner. I use it a lot in tin with only a single treble on the tail as an open water search bait for cod and perch.
Make sure you get the one with the extra eye on the back. I find the nose-to-tail wire only utterly useless.
