The mold came this morning so I had to accelerate Carole’s wish list a bit so I could play with it.

I did it three ways: amber/orange tail, purple berry/smoke split colors and the purple berry/ chartreuse tail. I wish I’d used a better pair of colors on the split so it showed up better but the split is near perfect. The purple berry is actually a ton of three colors of glitter in clear plastic which appears a deep purple but it’s clear. Glitter overload maybe.
The mold injects beautifully and the extra tail cavities slide right in the full bait cavities. Nice mold.
I haven’t tried the hooks yet. Tonight perhaps.

Here’s one of the Brush Bombs mounted on a 3/16 head cast on a #4 Victory VLock hook.

Plenty of hook clearance. Also, the tails split pretty easy for twice as much action.

Tom, looks good & fits the head great. You know that will get thumped.

Notice that intriguing connection between the body and the tail? It's maybe an eighth of an inch. You can't hardly hold the tail still.

Yep you now that will get thumped when either swinging back to the boat or lifting & dropping.
