One angler on another forum posted a photo of the many crankbait shapes and designs he has accumulated over many years reminding me of my stash. Many had a lot in common: different bills for various dive depths; cupped fronts for surface pops; round ends to produce that famous Spook waddle. Classic lure shapes and actions never die - a testament to all those innovators that are no more.

Yep pretty much everything we use is either a throwback from years ago or a modified version of some of the old lures.
