I am pretty sure I can use Windex glass cleaner ( ammonia free ) to clean my airbrush. I would assume it wouldn't hurt to mix a little with water as well with the Windex.
Can I use this ammonia free Windex as a reducer too?
If not, would distilled water work instead?
Or what is a good homemade reducer and cleaner?

For Createx colors you'll be in good shape cleaning up with windex. Use plain old water to thin.

As Tom says Windex works fine for created paints however I sometimes use others so I found a recipe on you tube that is easy to make and effective.
Cleaner
100ml Windex
150ml distilled water
50ml isopropyl alcohol
10 drops of glycerin
Reducer
175ml distilled water
75ml alcohol
15 drop of glycerin
Easy to make and they both work quite well. I usually use just water to clean lighter color but use the cleaner on darker colors or craft paints. I still have a half a gallon left from the original bottle of distilled water that I bought 2 years ago so once you get set up it lasts for a long time.
