The limbs on our white pine are usually about 12 feet off the neighbors driveway…. About four this morning. At 29 degrees this snow is wet and heavy and supposed to be hanging around until mid-afternoon. Every time we get a dumping like this not only do I get to spend two or three hours behind the blower but get to play arborist too. Two of the limbs seen sagging the most have some cracking happening so I may as well go get the chainsaw gassed up when I gas the blower.

Send some of it this way. WV as a whole has seen very little snow thus far this winter. The systems that have came through either end up being just rain or they blow north up through OH and PA. I’m hoping the potential systems forming over the next two weeks creat some fishable hard water. I’m wanting to try out my new ice sled, rod/reel, and diy depth finder so bad.

We got 7" of wet stuff for the called first storm! We have another front coming in Sunday night with another 6-8" and then Weds into Thursday they aren't even saying how much yet!! I have the blower all warmed up and gassed up and plenty of gas in the cans. Since I'm not driving 101+ miles every day I've been saving money!!
