Can’t decide which one to get. Help me pick lol. I know Do It also has a similar slider mold and I don’t have a picture of that.

Do-It's 1.5" Thump-It mold is the cat's meow of small paddletails. The webbing between the body and tail button is much thinner than the one shown in the inset and the tail button itself is much thinner than that of the inset. I've tried several different, but similar, molds for paddletails and Do-It has a well defined ring around that 1.5" market, hands down.
Do-It's Thumper Swim Fry might be one to try in lieu of those other 4. Another very productive bait. Very similar, but different in the tail.

The Thumper Fry is my #1 choice for panfish... it edges out the 1.5 thump grub because (IMO) it has a better profile, but both have excellent action.

Of those you listed, I would go with the 1.5 paddle tail.
