Title: Bluegills
Post by: ctom on 06/16/24 19:37 UTC
I found a bag with a few blanks that fit the bluegill profile, so I got up some courage and gave them a shot. I think they turned out pretty decent. There's a lot of steps in painting these but in the end they're worth it. 14 color changes and wash-outs to get to this point in the picture.

I use a mix of Do-It's Bait Blast airbrush paint and Createx. They eyes are 6mm Do-It eyes and the dip coat is Seal Coat.
