Well, I've done the Sexy Shad, the pumpkinseeds and the bluegills so this morning I decided to see if perch were doable. I'd say these are about as natural looking as any live perch can be outside of their spawning glamor. I think these will fish. Again, the paints used were both Createx and Do-It's Bait Blast colors. Lots of creative mixing to get these dudes to look like they do.
These are done on Do-It's #8612 Shad Diver blank. It's a super easy blank to work with and it fishes supe on 8 pound mono when casing. They like about 1.2 to 1.4 mph when trolled.

While it doesn't show up super well in the picture as you see it here, by expanding the picture you'll be able to see the fine scale texture I got using the fine scale netting from Do-Its store. In the hand these perch are just uncanny.
