Can someone please tell me if this is a vintage Herters mold circa 1960’s? I swear I remember seeing it listed somewhere as such in the past.

Just from knowing Herters past history, if it has Herters imprinted in the back side I'd say yes. They didn't offer much of anything that didn't have their name on/in it.
