The Birch Bug has quickly become one of my favorite baits. I am really excited about the 4.5" as it is the perfect size for pitching and flipping or if I want to put it on a jig and target the big girls.
You can see it in the store here:

Looks Good!
-
Sure thing Brad, it'll be in the color cook book.
-
These look great! Is there going to be a 3 and 3.5 inch version of these I would love that size
-
What size hook would you want to use with a 3" version?
-
Probably a 3/0 EWG that is what I use on my kodiak craws
-
You would want the 4" Birch Bug. A 3.0 hook is going to be just under 2", the body on the 4" Birch Bug is just over 2" (2 1/8). Perfect fit for a 3.0 hook.
A 3" or even 3.5" version would leave you nothing to put your hook in.
We could make one for a 3.0 hook but it would just be shrinking the claws. Let me know if you are interested in this.
Tight lines!

I could use a 1/0 hook I was just wondering I would really like a smaller bodied one than the sample I got
