Title: Tube Question
Post by: HawgBone on 08/20/12 23:06 UTC
Okay, So I recently poured Triton's Okechobee Craw color and fell in love with it. I wanted to put this color into some other baits that I had and found one that I really want to make it in, 4" Tube. So without having a twinjector I decided I want to try a Green Pumpkin Brown Body with a Blue skirt. I do not have a skirt mold and was wondering if I poured the entire tube in blue and then dipped the body into Green Pumpkin Brown plastic how would that color look? Would the Green Pumpkin body be enough to cover the blue color of the body? Call me lazy, but I'm trying to stick to just one pour haha.

Yes, it will work.  You will need to make the GP opaque to prevent the body from looking green instead of GP.

Thank you very much Tim! I'm sure the question sounded like a stupid one to a seasoned veteran on here, I just wanted to make sure before I wasted time and plastic on it.
