Title: Blue cheese cracker spread

6oz blue cheese, softened
1 8oz brick cream cheese, room temp
1/2 cup sour cream
couple shakes of hot sauce, more or less
1 tsp garlic powder

Mix all together in a bowl with a tight cover. Use right away or keep in refer covered until you're feeling like a snack.

I use a Danish cream type blue cheese.

I'll bring Mac n cheese   And adult pop.  So we can sit around and tell story after a day of fishing.

I love blue cheese.

Tom, between the mushrooms and now the blue cheese, I think we are going to have to make some reservations at your place.

Mushrooms....its been dry so I watered my logs today. And then....well, see fun,fun,fun in the general forum.
