Got my Nano molds in and have been shooting them while working on other baits. Great bait and mold.Shoots real nice. A little tricky to hand pour due to its size but still possible.. first was hand pour belly then inject back, second is twin injector.

You hand poured those bellies? You don't drink much coffee. do you? ;D ;D
-
I drink it all day long ;D
-
He's a ROBOT!!!! Awesome baits as always.. I dont have the talent to hand pour :-[ :-[, so i will stick with the twin inject 8) 8)..
-
Magnificent work; as are all your baits. 3mm eyes? I have a "thing" against baits smaller than 1.5 Inches; but; the more pictures I see of this 1 Inch bait the weaker I get.
-
Very slick baits! You make working with those tiny baits look easy! And im with Mr P on this one ... I need to quit looking at these nano pics before its too late!
-
Wow! Truly awesome Keith.

Good to see very little if no difference in baits done either way.
Can't wait for my mold to get here!!!!

I sure there a lot of ways to work the mold, twin inject with lam plate, spin injector and twin inject again. dont matter how you do it its a good little bait
-
spin injector ????? or was it a typo
-
Typo.
-
no, not spin while injecting, just to reverse what you did on the first injection with the Lam. plate. gives you a top and bottom color the same with a wide center streak.
-
Oh, turn/spin the injector the other direction. Got it. I have tried slowly turning the twinjector just to see the results. Unimpressive to me. Does not swirl as some would suspect.

I'll wait a week and see if there are any who want to jump in on the Nano contest. Keith has thrown down the gauntlet and set the bar high.

Jason, if you send me the mold for free I'll get in on this contest LOL! ;D I'm interested to see what everybody who got this mold is going to come up with. There's going to be some awesome ones (I can tell).
-
Give me time to try. I still dont have my mold yet even. :D

WOW.. Thats all i can say... I just got my nano mold today and I think im gonna stick with 2 colors with twin injector. that is one small bait.. watch out gills and trout.
-
yep it is small, I wont do more than 3 color but most of the time it will be just 2 with the twin injector
-
Mine shipped today. Scared of how small it is. Never seen a small mold.

when you shoot your other molds and have just a little left in the injector, grab about 5 nano molds for those last few drops of plastic. Doesnt take much at all
-
Is the body about 1/4"? WOW that is a small space to work in! :D
Jim
-
body is 3/16
-
That is super impressive. As Bill said above "Wow". You can't really appreciate these unless you can see how small they are in person.
Keith, if you get a chance you should take a pic next to a penny. I think that will help put in perspective the amount of precision involved in making these like this.
Awesome job.
