Hi Bill,
Take a look at this post.
http://www.caneycreekmolds.net/index.php?topic=963.0 (http://www.caneycreekmolds.net/index.php?topic=963.0)
If you already have them in the gallery you would start at step b (see below):
b) Select "Insert Image" button in thread you are posting to:
c) Insert URL into the tags that are created by pressing the "Insert Image" button
(https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-BelKbMHgmjA/Twhn5QsGf-I/AAAAAAAABxM/Am-qj0pJwRg/s364/tags.jpg)
d) When you are done it should look like this. I highlighted the URL you pasted to show how the tags and URL should look together:
You can then add whatever text you want outside the tags / url you created and then just click post. This should create a new post with your image and text.

Right click the picture from the Gallary you want to put in the post
Click "Copy Image URL" (the URL is the "address" of the image)
Then in you post....
Click the Insert Image icon (just below the Bold icon). That places the command on the page.
Insert your cursor between the ] and the [ brackets
Depress the Control key (CTRL) on the bottom left of your keyboard and the V (CTRL V) for a PASTE
You will see a long line of copy...What you are seeing is the command start, the address of the image, and command end (that's html talk!)
You can hit "preview" to see it ...or Post to post it. Make sure you hit Post when your are happy with the result...or no one else will see it!!!
