3/8oz Big Hammer brand head:(http://i50.tinypic.com/k2hid4.jpg)

Neat -- & Slick use of a double rattle holder. Never seen this "trick" before.

thanks man. it has enough room to avoid wackin the body. plus i hate spinnerbaits so to me this is my spinnerbait. i fish a 10'' ribbon tail the same way just without the jig head. the blade hub sits on my knot & i peg my weight so it stays all in 1 place

Dob- LOVE IT! What size hook is that?
-
thanks! its a 2/0 size hook
-
Nice setup. Do you have any trouble with the blade rig trying to helicopter?
-
nope. it blends in & is hard to see but there is a rubber bobber stop keeping the package together.
-
I like it. Looks good. Wondering size of willow blades 1?
-
opps ... thats the zappu twin blade correct?
-
yup they zappu.its the gold blades i got mine thru optimum but tackle warehouse should have them too
-
wondering it someone has tried the floating foam in the 4.5 shad as a top water bait??
-
I haven't, but I know some guys are using it with a real light weight and using it like a wake bait.

I've been using them behind really big inline buzz baits for Northern Pike...and so far they love them. With the water cooling the big girls are coming into the backwater bays and it will get real interesting!

Or really big spinner baits:

Only problem is that if you have two guys in the boat you have to wear a helmet when throwing the darn things!!!
