Ok guys looking for some help here for a great organization. I was in TX this weekend and met with the President of HEROES ON THE WATER. I donated some baits to this worthy cause as I am a VET myself. I am hoping that everyone on here can donate some baits to the program. Injured VETS from around the country take part in this rehabilitation program. They are setting up new chapters around the country. You could use this as an advertisement and a tax write off as well.

Great cause, I just sponsored a CAST for Kids event here in Oklahoma on Saturday. With the help of Justin9J and RonDon we were able to outfit 40 children and 20 boat captains with a bag each! The grand total was over 400 baits and a combination of roughly 12 hours, but it was all worth it to see the kids get on the water and actually catch fish. I love helping out when I can, other organizations that I sponsor are Take a Warrior Fishing and The Wounded Warrior Project. Now that I know Heroes is accepting donations they will be next on the list!
Thanks again for all your help guys, this isn't for just Justin and Ronnie but for all you guys. You have no idea how much everyone here has been a part of making things like this happen!

I participated in our local Cast For Kids event earlier this year. I took two autistic kids and one of their parents out for a couple of hours fishing each. It made me feel grateful for all God has given me. Nobody ever promised us "fair", but my heart went out to those two young girls and to their families. If you ever have the opportunity to participate in a "special needs" event I suggest you consider it. I think you will gain every bit as much as the kids and I think it will make you a better person.

The most humbling experience I have ever had. Watching the kids receive a plaque with a photo of them and their captain, watching them go nuts for the awards was one of the most amazing things I could ever witness.

I had a blast manning the rail up in NY for some wounded warriors with prosthetics. I was baiting hooks and holding rods for those who only had one arm. The looks on the faces when they were able to reel in a 25+ stripe bass was priceless. I myself take part in about 6 different organizations dealing with wounded vets. So if you ever have the chance to take part do so it will change you forever.
