Title: Cheap range hood
Post by: 412BaitCo on 10/23/12 12:12 UTC
This is the model I used in my shop and it seems to work fairly well for the price so I figured I'd share.

You will need to buy the ductwork separately which I got from home depot.

It's nowhere near the exhaust setup that some guys have but it seemed better then nothing at all for me being on a budget.

That's not a lot of CFM's, so if you don't have a good mask, get one. This plastic smoke over time is quite harmful. You might also consider an in-line exhaust fan that goes in your duct pipe to give you a little more boost. This stuff is nothing to mess with.

I hear you. Just wanted something until I came up with something better.
