Who pours their own pan fish jig heads? What mold / weight is your favorite? Do you modify your molds to enhance them?
My most used panfish mold is the 1/16th oz ball head; modified to accept the WB400 keeper. I will also flatten the sides of many of the heads to allow adding stick on eyes.
Second on my list is the 1/16th pony head Production mold modified to not have a barb; but to utilize the WB400 keeper.

Almost all of my head molds are Do-It molds. I favor the collarless round heads and use the professional models in 1/32, 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2. I don't alter these molds at all and I can hand cast them. I use Matzuo black nickel sickle hooks for my personal use...love the outcome. I have older models of the same heads in the everyday style of molds and have done some dinging on those. I did up a 1/32 collarless round head mold to handle #2 sickle hooks.
I have the flathead mold and the egg head mold as well. Love all of them.

In the fall and winter I use more 1/8th and in the spring i use 1/32 or 1/16th. I think you know I have quite a few custom and modified molds. My newest favorite is a walleye with wire keeper.
