Football Shakey Head with screw locs.....sizes 1/4-3/8-1/2-5/8oz made with EWG Mustad 38109NPBLN.....4/0 or 5/0 hooks. Painted $1.25 ea...Unpainted $1.00 ea Plus shipping!
