There use to be a guy named Reeves that made a jig 1/32 and larger. What made these different was there was a double in line hook. The jig head had no collar, then there was a small hook bend right after and then you had the shank of the jig and regular hook bend.
This jig was outstanding for fishing minnows, hooking it on the first hook and leaving the second open.
Reeves has since passed away, has anyone seen a hook like this?

Over the many years I have been fishing I have seen some real nifty looking hand-made rigs that were cast with lead. I can't say that I have seen anything as you describe this rig. I'd bet that with a little toying a guy could find a way to put a regular Aberdeen bait hook into the head portion of a ballhead having the long shank run along side of a standard jig hook so the end result would be similar to the one you mention. Maybe even a Carlisle hook since they have a bit longer shank than even the Aberdeen.
For somewhat larger ballheads a guy could try using a #571 Eagle Claw short shank up from as the primary hook and then use an Aberdeen bait hook as a secondary hook. I have a mess of collar-less ballheads cast up with just the 571 hooks for use with bait and they are incredible when a compact head gets called on. There'd be plenty of room for a second hook to run back.

Do-it makes a mold, called a live bait I believe. It has a small loop on the bottom of the jighead sorta for a stinger hook

Yup....uses the 571 hook. Nice compact live-bait jig. Try a split ring and a small spinner blade on the loop.

Brent....
You can do that by snipping the hook shank off a small aberdeen hook and slipping the smaller hook in along the regular hook making certain the remaining stem fits into the head cavity far enough. Do a dummy set-up by putting everything in place, then gently and carefully closing the mold down on it all. Keeping pressure on the handles and having the mold flat on a solid surface, give the mold a sharp snap with a hammer near the handle end and then near the hinge end but being certain that you hit where the cavities are and not on edges. The soft mold metal will conform to the extra metal of the other hooks. You will end up with a small amount of "shoot-thru" if you your cast without the small hook but that is easily nipped off when the jigs are cool.
Based on the pic you provide, I'd just order the ballhead mold designed for the keeper wire and use the wires. You'd get the same thing and not have to cut up any additional hooks. The guys on the Mississippi River in this are use the ballhead with the keeper wires for dancing crawlers and have good success doing it.
