Yes it is.  One of my favorite jigs.  You can do alot with it.

Justin,

I usually don't get into lots of different jig colors as I have a few standard colors I have refined and stick too. Having said that, your jig color is really speaking to me. Would you be willing to reveal your skirt recipe?

Oil slick is the flash.  From Fishingskirts
Other two are from Fishingskirts.  I just don't remember name or number. I'll check when I get off work.

I like that color!!! I also like using that jig for a swim jig but in the 3/8oz and 1/2oz sizes, when it comes to 1/4oz I like the regular Do-it casting or grass jig, that works well, anyway here is a pic of the 2 patterns that work well for me.
