Title: I had a little bit of time today

The whole family is home today and sometimes you just need a break when everyone is hanging inside because it is too hot outside. I was able to take advantage of the Dog Days of summer discount,(hurry there is only a couple days left) and I purchased the Super Fry. Well on my last trip out my buddy made mention I only shoot dark or natural color baits. So I decided to try something different.

I have no idea what to call it, and it is a bit darker than what I was aiming for but I still like it.
4oz Do It Plastic
4 drops X2 Blue
tad of blue stranded glitter.

In my ventures to clear the work bench a bit I had 2 chunks of plastic that had been mixed using scraps before, so who knows what the cookbook would be, but I had orange and red, a bit of raw plastic to bring it together and a tad of black 40 glitter. I really like this color but shamefully will not be able to get back to it. Maybe the X2 Tomato I picked up will help me get close

That's a great spread of color there Brent.

I find orange colors to be the best right about now when summers heat drives fish and the thermocline deep. Try that orange on a hot pink head.

Nice work Brent.. I thought about going out into the garage also but when I saw the thermometer read 102 degrees I decided to stay in with the dog.

Sweaters? We don't even put a t-shirt on here until we get down to 32 degrees.

brent - what do you call that orangish/red hellagramite color?

and I like that blue - lets call it "crazy red".

Good looking baits Brent! Maybe this will get you close to the orange color, just replace the glitter.

Very pretty blue buddy! I really like em.I get stuck it in the color rut some times to. The worst person for the "color rut" is CTOM his rut is he always makes pretty colors lol

We all make Purdy colors. Blues and purples are my faves though. I just sitting back to see what name you guys can come up with for this beaut.
