I took a soup can and an old palm sander to make a mixer for the colorants, WORKS GREAT!!! the only issue I see with this is, a can opener that cuts the outside of the seal would be better, or as I will do, is apply a small piece of pvc hose cut length wise to cover the sharp edge.
1.50 chicken Noodle soup
1.00 couple of cable ties
Old garage sale find palm sander
If you look closely you can see where the sharp edge started rubbing on the colorant bottle. The colorant does have 2 stainless nuts in the container also

Necessity is the mother of invention. Be careful, though. You don't want to confuse the bottle of colorant and the can of chicken soup at lunch time.

I know I have at least two of those in the "not used, but not quite retired yet" shelf.

Search norpro mini drink mixer around $6 Nice little unit. I use this for airbrush paint.

Thank you for sharing, I saw those in a previous post but I really don't want to mess with taking the top off or having to clean anything up. I was making use of junk laying around the house.
