I the last week the ice plastics have been flying out the door. Its insane.
So far for this ice season, the colors are different from last season. Much of this is due to the new glow-in-color pigments available here at Do-It. Solid red, black and white are the only "standard colors I am being asked about while the orange, red, yellow, green, blue, aqua and the purple [different vendor] in glow colors fill out most orders. All of the glow colors have been enhanced with a shot of transparent fluorescent colorant of respective color. Those blasé old glow-in-color pigments can move over now.
I did up an order and got it bagged while Carole was at a church quilting thing with a pile of women and when we got home last night and the garage door was opened into more darkness, the first thing she noticed was the array of colors glowing on the work bench. That was pretty cool to see.
For those who have thought about trying these glow pigments, by all means take that step. The Do-It pigments are easy to work with and the end result is just plain eye popping.
