Cow Patties are actually the secret in Powerbait.

All BullScent aside...a 6" Bait is typical in Bass fishing, even a thick bait.  Think that long Tube would have some action rigged Wacky?  Shoot it in a Minnow/Baitfish color and use it as a twitch/jerk...that Tube body will crush for the hook-set.  Fish it like any other Worm.

To me here in Ohio a six inch tube would be to big for most of the lakes I fish. The one lake we have has a lot of weeds and lots of fours, fives and sixes in it. I would fish that on a deep stump next to a weed bed if I had it. Don't think I'd flip it all day but would keep one tied up for those situations. You can buy sample packs from CCM to see your bait before you buy the mold. It sure does give you a better idea on size before you pull the trigger and buy it.

I wasn't complaining it gives me something different than the big guys when I fire up the marketing engine lol, I was just curious if most of the guys that used it were down south where there are 6-14 pd bass? up here the bags are usually filled with 2 1/2 to 5 pds

I have caught 14 in bass in that 6in tube.  I only had two of the
Baits. Got them in a swap or samples from Jason.
I still kinda miss the day you got couple samples with your order.

I think you'll do good with that size, size doesn't matter(thats what she said) i've caught plenty of musky on a 3" gulp fry drop shotting and some really nice walley as well i have the 6.75" mold to i just haven't had time to fish them yet,i dont think i'll trig mine,i will run the line through the bait put a sinker on the line and a line stop and then tie my hook and leave it in the skirt of the bait,it might be time consuming to tie this way but in my mind you may hook more.

It works good on shorter tubes as well and post pics of you creations and the fish you catch.
