Title: Looking for a plastic

Found these in an old swap box and down to the last 6. Anyone know who made them or does anyone have the mold to make them??

I could be totally wrong but didn't ship over on crappie.com make one like that a while back? I know I've seen it before maybe in a blue and pearl color? Hmmm snake or ship might point you in the right direction
