(http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/01/29/apubyga2.jpg)i know these two aren't spot on but I must say... Matching a GY senko is a lot harder to match when using HDA than I thought! Thinking I might have to add more glitter. Mine stick is the left and the one on right is a root beer slim senko

Good job. Yeah the glitter really gets hidden with the HDA.
I make a very similar color that I call Brown Sunfish. Has orange, gold, and blue flake. My favorite color stick.

Have you ever tried making just the base color stick then having a clear dip with the glitters? I don't know if it would effect the action though

The clear dip with glitter would help show the glitter! It won't affect the action other than it's slightly thicker than one that is not dipped. The only issue I see is that you would loose some of the ribs/texture on the bait because it would fill in with the clear coat.
I notice a lot of guys are clear coating with the UV additive which might be another good reason to try the overcoat with UV and glitter.
You'll never know until you try it!

Maybe a larger green glitter would be more effective in your case. Though every pc monitor displays differently, it appears you are very close to the original.

Remember that you don't have to dip the whole stick with glitter and UV. Try dipping half of the stick and leaving the other half as is to get a good comparison!

I KINDA LIKE THE DIP IDEA AND MAYBE YOU MIGHT TRY DIPPING SOME REJECTS IF YOU HAVE ANY AND TRY THAT FIRST. JAY

(http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/01/29/edu5y4am.jpg)this might be as good as it gets. Tried the clear dipping and it made it too thick for my tastes. Next step is larger glitters

In the side by side comparison shot, it looks to me like the only glitter you need to increase the size of is the green. Other wise it looks close enough o pass to me. Just my .02.
