Try using a small file with a sharp edge and cut vents on the unvented side of the mold in the same location as where the factory vents are found. You don't have to cut deep, just enough to let trapped air out.
I've done this on many of my molds, especially if I am doing cut-and-reshoots to get tail colors separate from body colors.

Thanks ctom , I thought so but I was not sure is it vents problem or small stringer channel

You can cut an air relief with a carpet knife . lay down a straight edge and just score it . Normally only has to be a few thousandths deep .

I have dremel for that

I cut vents on my other mold that have trapped air in baits , not like this problem ...
What do you think, where to cut vents? here?

Put the vents in the other half of the mold where you have your marks located on this one.
