Looks like a good start to me. Be prepared to spend more, you never have enough.

Looks like you have a good start. If you have made soft baits or jigs before you know what it's like to catch fish with something you made. If not and it's your first go at it your in for a big surprise. I picked colors and baits based on what I fish for. Hope you get as much enjoyment out of doing this as I do. 8)

I was checking your list and you do have stabilizer. Good man! Now, add the thermometer before Andy gets in here and reads you up one side and down the other. Really. Get the thermometer.

Adding to what Ctom said about the thermometer. Get the one sold here or another that reads fast! Mine reads super slow and is very frustration....

A mold would be nice  :D.  Red Glitter and pearl powder?  Remember to add the Chartreuse to cold plastic.

I think he means to add the color to the cold plastic before you heat it up!

Cold = raw, un-cooked plastic.

Chop them up fine, add just a little raw plastic and heat in about thirty second shots, stirring well during the breaks in heating. You'll want to get the plastic to 350 degrees if you add the raw plastic. If you just heat the old plastic you can stop heating at about 330-325.

Don't reheat Gulp baits. Someone here did and complained that it smelled awful and wondered if it was toxic...Any baits with salt could have absorbed moisture. Extreme absorption and they will be larger than normal. I would be hesitant to heat them up. Water and plastic react violently together when heated.   BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE!

It sounds like just use plastic that has only been used on the work bench.
