A while back I posted about converting a collar-less ball head mold to use the #6 wide gap Wacky hooks that Do-It markets for their Wacky Mold. I did the same to an old mold that had 4 1.16 cavities so I could get the 1/16 heads on the #2 Wacky hook. I liked the concept of the forward eye [35 degree] of the hook as a swimming jig. On my last two trips to the lake I found out that these jigs are outstanding for casting/retrieving. The 1.75" Small Fry rides on the 1/32 head perfectly.
