Title: Blend Block

Can you use a blend block on any mold ?

for the most part you can use blending block on any injection mold.. Only molds I have to alter are Jacobs Baits molds.. his 5/8 inch port is shaped for his injector, I just drill mine out with 5/8 drill bit if you can a 5/8 flat mill bit will also work

Actually no if the mold is not configured right you will not get a laminate now if your shooting for swirls then I guess the answer is yes.

Anyway you look at it. Blending block puts 2 colors in side x side. Most swimbaits and such are not configured for a lam plate..

So what would be the outcome of a blend block being used with a stick bait mold, or the Mad Dad craw mold

You will get laminates with both. Single cavitys do laminate the best tho. You just need to clock the block the right direction. Its not hard by any means.

The problem molds are like multi cavity baits that are on there side.  "Lot of swimbaits" You can laminate them but not the proper orientation.
