Title: Barlow's Skirt Umbrellas

Has any tried Barlow's skirt umbrellas?

Can you take them off a jig/spinnerbait to change skirts and reuse them?

Yes, you take them off and put them back on. I would take 4 spinnerbaits with me when fishing the river in the jon boat, I tried to keep tackle light so I would use the skirt umbrellas to not only flair the skirt but to also make them easy change. I'd have a dozen skirts so I could just switch skirts instead of using a new bait, they work well and I never had a problem with them.
