In my box of plastisol I just started using, no matter what I do I get air bubbles, clean cup, shake well, stir well. Always gets air bubbles throughout whole cup of plastic

I assume you are using a microwave?
After you completely clean your cup, use a new, clean, dry paper towel and clean it once more.
Then put the empty cup in the microwave and heat it for 20 seconds.
Then add your plastic and heat.
Let us know if that helps.

Do you clean your cup after each color change or at the end of each pouring session ? What do you use to clean your cups ? Thanks

I use the blue paper towels one can find at Menards for cup wiping. If I am doing repeat specific colors I just wipe out the cup as needed. If I am changing colors, I wash them. I've mentioned before that I use a ton of 6 ounce custard cups made of Pyrex, perfect for 4 ounce batches. I guess I have about thirty of them right now. I also keep handy a half dozen 2 cup Pyrex measuring cups for larger batches, but never work with over 8 ounces of plastic at a time. About once every two weeks I do a mass washing. I haul all of the cups up to the kitchen and scrub them up nice and rinse three times in very hot clear water, then they are laid out upside down on a kitchen towel. I use a separate towel to give them a final wipe when I round them up for the trip downstairs to my work area. The very next stop is the microwave where they are placed on the tray in a single layer and nuked for a minute. Every one gets this treatment. No bubbles for this boy.
Another suggestion. Use the Essential. I have never seen such bubble-free plastic ever.

So dish soap and hot water is all you need ? I had planned to fish today but family stuff messed those plans up so I'll clean my Pyrex and shoot some plastic for a few hours instead.
I had a few bubbles with the Essential but seeing as I'm still learning, was more interested in seeing seeing what it takes to make a good plastic, learn colors and how molds filled vs getting perfect baits. I'll focus more on bubble free baits here on out. Bubbles really haven't been an issue until I started mixing the CC Soft and Essential = another slight incline on the learning curve for me.

I'll try heating it up before adding the liquid. And I clean with water and towel, let it dry conpletly before adding anything( I know what water and plastic do together)

Air bubbles are always going to be there. After heating your plastic to 350 just let it sit. You will see those bubbles go away and to help you could scope some out. When I make large batches of plastic (32oz) Ill heat it all up and just let it sit there until the bubbles go away. This method works great.

I tried heating up the Pyrex before, but still a ton of bubbles
