If the fish are on an active bite, this bait is an absolute fish catching machine.  It's just like the Carrots as far as catching all species.  Just add water...

It looks great! Questions though, Why does the tail swing out to the side of the bait? When its rigged correctly wont it spin the side? why isnt it to the back of the bait like a normal grub?

Good question.  It swims upright.  The tail moves very effortlessly and is very fluid (even poured in a regular / medium plastic).  I'll post a video so you can see the action.  We didn't make it like a "normal" grub because in our testing the Swim Fry significantly outproduced a normal grub.
