Nice bait's !!!!!  When you get into making your own bait's and you start catching fish there is a great feeling of satisfaction. And you start thinking about other things and some time's you modify a bait or mold to fit what fish your after. That's why a lot of use make thing's is because a bait is no longer made or you can't get your favorite color. Or to come up with a combination that no one else has. Look forward to seeing more of your bait's 8)

For the Senko, I would look at the Do-it Essential series. The mold will run you about $30. Just click on the store button at the top. They also have another one that's machined in aluminum, but it cost a lot more. I do not know who makes a sluggo mold, it might take some research on your part. I can tell you that the two sluggos you have pictured will require a dual injector. That means it can shoot two colors at the same time. You can purchase a dual injector from Basstackle, it well over $200 I believe.

Lurecraft has the sluggo mold it is open pour, never saw an injection mold of that bait prolly cause the design has a flat back anyway so no one has put the cad time in for such a bait. But don't be discouraged by an open pour mold they certainly have their place and are cheap to boot.

For my first mold, I would recommend the essential series senko... As far as the sluggos, I would look at the 3 inch crappie carrot or the 3.5 inch skinny carrot... As for the slim senko, look at the 5 inch skinny carrot or either the 4.5 or six inch finesse worm.... The nice thing about the carrot and finesse worm molds is that they offer a laminate plate which allows you to easily make a laminate without the use of one of those expensive dual injectors

Before you order your molds, you need to order a sample pack of baits from do-it... They allow you to pick 5 baits that you are interested in and are only $5(shipping included) This will allow you to actually see the bait up close and personal, so you get exactly what fits your fishing needs...
