A report issued by Detox.net says that Wisconsin has the highest incidence of drunks in the 50 states. It also says that the upper Midwest is the core of the binge-drinking belt for the most part with Wisconsin listed as #1, WASHINGTON, DC as #2, N. Dakota as #3, Iowa as #4 and Illinois as #5. Minnesota missed this illustrious cut. Interesting.

NoDak surprises me that they are so high in the mix... (I would have thought MN would have been number two, with IL as number three)... must be that good tasting Grain Belt that keeps them coming back!
