Justin and small jaws are the jig experts! Justin doesn't post many pics I guess he isn't a bragger or horn blower  but he can lay some sweet patterns

I'll second Mo's comments. I have seen a couple of Justin's but more of Smalljaw's. Outstanding work by both.

Crappie go to fishinskirts.com. Check out one of the chrome skirts works well for crappie. It's black and chrome.
Bluegill to me is full tab of GP and 1/3 purple and 1/3 orange. Or something there close.

Skimpy, I use multiple tabs of different colors for each type of pattern, for rainbow trout I use a color called money maker which is a deep watermelon with black spots, and under that I'll use a little cotton candy, then gray or smoke and a few strands of white for the belly. If you go to LPO (lure parts online) they have a series of tabs called real baitfish, not to be confused with baitfish scales. Anyway, the "real baitfish" colors can be used with other colors or just by themselves to create the type of pattern you want and they have a really nice perch pattern that is gold with black bars, I add a little watermelon and orange to it and it makes a great perch.

Those skirt colors  look great, but do they really catch fish? Not just the occasion fish, but a real catcher? My results on spinnerbaits have been best with a all white skirt or a all chartruse one. On jigs all black, all brown or the old black and blue. Just wondering what your go to colors are?

I believe that different patterns help catch fish. A good example is what you stated, you do best with an all white or chartreuse bait, that is what most use and when I got into building them I decided to make a green sunfish pattern on a 3/8oz double willow spinnerbait. It had 40 strands in the skirt, 30 strands of watermelon and 10 strands of blue and me and my partner won our club's team tournament on a day when everyone was catching them on white and chartreuse spinnerbaits. That was all the convincing I needed but over the years I've had days when the fish would follow a white bait but wouldn't strike and then go through 3 different patterns and find one that the fish end up really killing so I do believe that different patterns can catch fish.
