Title: Looking for jig tying supplies

I'm in need of an inexpensive vise for tying jigs and small wire for attaching skirts to the jig. I'm tired of dealing with the band only to have them rot or a bass pulls them and the skirt off.  Feel free to post any links. Thanks.
