I made a mistake and tinted a batch of plastic with some pigment :o . I don't have a lot of it, maybe 20 gallons. It is the equivalent of a cup of plastic with a drop or 2 of black colorant (it has a light smoke tint).

I have 2.5 gallons of this plastic ....and have been molding Small Fries, Gliders, Carrots and Wutz-it with it all last weekend and I have had 0 usability issues with it.....including using it to clear coat eyes on my Wutz-its. Gliders and Small Frys.
I made up a bunch of Electric Snot Carrots in various degrees of "snotness"....and didn't notice any issues with the very light gr. chartreuse ones (almost transparent). FYI ES is Senko color #169
If you are adding any color to the plastic...I doubt you would have any issues even on big thick baits.
