Title: Pouring triple colors
Post by: Toler83 on 02/19/17 20:59 UTC
I'm using a bass tackle triple injector
One side looks ok minimal bleeding other side bleeds quit a bit
Was wondering if there is a temp on the plastic or something

Welcome to the Do-It forums Toler83.

Triple injector. Lots going on when you go that route. The big thing is that the plastics, each color, has to be very close in temp with the others in order for the triple to work well. All sorts of fun can come from having three plastic of differing temps. Mastering getting all three colors to get to near the same temp would be the first place to start, so yes, temps are a huge factor.

I'll 2nd what CTom said and throw in that its a viscosity thing more than anything. Some colors especially if you have pearl powders in then will be less viscous at the same temp than other colors.
