One last question for the senko people. In my searches on the forums it looks like most people add 4 tbsp of HDA for a full cup of plastic as the sinking ratio then just a drop of softener as well maybe just a single tbsp per one cup batch?
Also any leftover plastic from each batch I can let cool then remelt it in the next batch right? Or is that where I need to use the heat additive to prevent yellowing?
I found a good setup to making tubes as well and will be rigging up a good setup to make them with this week,
