Thanks everyone....I needed those prayers after reading the list of contradictions, including death. Hence the in-hospital loading period. I'm happy that is over.

I honestly cannot say I feel any different but the doc says we have to let this stuff do its thing for four or five months, then re-evaluate things ago.

Again guys, thanks for the thoughts and prayers.

Had a good night and nothing in the line of contradictions has shown up so I'm hopeful. Have to see how long I go without afib. My cardiologist says twice in a year is "maybe" acceptable, not the two or three times a month or even one event every 6-8 weeks, so it shouldn't take a very long time to determine if the new med is doing what its supposed to do.
