I have a recipe that is very similar to that, may need some adjustment but it can get you close.  I'll post it up tomorrow, don't know it off the top of my head unfortunately.

1/2 cup plastic
2 drops orange Lurecraft
1 drop pumpkinseed Lurecraft
1/8t .035 black flake
1/8t .015 green flake

I've only made this once, have it written down on my recipe book to try the next batch with one drop of orange and one drop pumpkinseed with X amount of root beer. It doesn't look bad by any means, you just may want to experiment with it a little bit.
