My kayak
« on: 10/19/20 10:32 UTC »
Walleye Wacker asked me for a picture of my kayak. I am probably the least technologically savvy creature not just on the planet but probably the entire solar system so I couldn’t send him a picture in pm so here it is. This was taken yesterday at my favorite local lake. Fully rigged tournament kayak. Hobie PA14 360 complete with Torqeedo 403 motor, dual Power Pole Micros, Humminbird Helix 9 Mega Imaging and a bunch of other stuff.

I don't see a mast or sail. You're slacking bud.

Does it actually float with you in it? Looks pretty cramped. I know my big arse wouldn't fit in there.
There are good ships

ships that sail the sea

Yeah it has a 600 pound capacity. It’s actually pretty comfortable and roomy. I hadn’t gotten everything squared away yet when I took the picture. My net and the drive were still in the bottom of the kayak. You could fit in it quite well Tom. There’s much bigger guys than you in these Hobies. And they do actually make a sail kit for them lol!

Nice ride. I wish I had the 360 drive or at least reverse. I have a 2015 PA-14.

Nothing wrong with your ride either! That’s a nice setup!

I actually considered it. But it just seemed like overkill lol.

I'll never own a boat without it. It's a game changer for sure. But at this point you might want to wait and get the new 360 live they're coming out with. Why stop now ?
