Mudbugs and Gorilla Tube

All fish were caught on CC Baits.  I got two on the Gorilla Tube (white).  I rigged it weightless on a 4/0 straight shank worm hook, 10 lb braid, spinning rod and reel.  The bait floats for a bit and slowly sinks.  I was working it like a jerk bait in the top couple inches of water.  Walking it just under surface.  The Jig/Craw combo I was hopping it off the lake bed about 12 inches and letting it swim back down.  Those claws flap like crazy.  Jig head was 1/2 oz.

Nice fish!  I love the idea with the Gorilla Tube.  I'll have to give that a try.

That first fish had been fanning a bed. I can tell be the sore on her tail. Nice quality!
