10 x 4".... Depends on what worm though. The curl tail will fit but it is a HUGE pain to get them in there unbent (with the tail curled up and flat). Sickle tail (12") but some I cut down to 10" have to go in the 10" bags.
I found some poly 11 x 4" that are nice and inexpensive.
