Played with some Chart & purple today

Its been a while since i did any chart colored baits so I had some extra clear plastic layin around from dippin. I havent used CCM Purple flake until recently,its a little diff than what I was use to but it looks good

How much color did you add to that? I have some chart inbound and I also use the chub grubs.

I like my normal chart to really BANG so when doing 3/4 - 1 cup i use 45 drops of CCM Chart & i add 1 Drop of CCM blue to get it how it is in the pic , 2drops if i want it a little greener.

So 1/4 cup or 4 oz of plastic would be about 15-20 drops then. I wouldn't have thought of the blue. I have regular blue and fluor. blue. You just use the regular? Did I read you add purple? I would probably just go with black flake. I love single tail chart. grubs for smallmouth in the susquehanna river here.

Yea thatd be  good place to start on 4oz. & for the blue youll want to use the regular blue. The purple i mentioned is .015 purple flake . i was curious to see what it looked like in chart

Great looking baits, I also add a little blue also, I dip a bamboo sckewer into the x2 blue about an inch and stir in because a drop is sometimes too much for 4oz, also lookin at the baits it looks more blue than purple but looks great...Thanks for sharing.....

I've been thinking about making a green with x2 chartreuse and x2 blue... just haven't had time.  Did a nice purple about 2 weeks ago with blue and fluoro pink.
